Testimonials

We have worked with Amaka for many years and she is personable, reliable and a skilful advocate

David Howe
of Howe and Co solicitors

We have worked with Ms Nnamani since about 2007 and have instructed her in matters ranging from immigration, housing and general civil litigation. Over the years we have worked together, we have found Ms Nnamani to be diligent and caring to both her lay and professional clients.
She is very highly professional and dedicates herself to clients’ cases with attention to detail and thorough grasp of the law. In most cases, establishing relevant facts even when instructed by solicitors can be a challenging task. She skilfully does this with precision.
Her excellent grasp of the law is reflected in her grounds for appeals, and/or skeleton arguments whether at the High Court, Court of Appeal, Immigration Tribunals or before the County Courts.
In the case of Agho v The Secretary of State for the Home Department [2015] EWCA Civ 1198, Ms Nnamani represented our client from the First Tier to the Court of Appeal where she successfully represented our client’s interests. In that recent decision, the Court of Appeal reiterated the burden of proving a sham marriage.
